New flight connections to Budapest from Oslo and Copenhagen

SAS Scandinavian Airles

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) will add nine weekly flights from Budapest to Denmark and Norway as of May 2013: six weekly flights between Budapest and Copenhagen and a new service between Budapest and Oslo, three times a week. At the same time Norwegian Air Shuttle (ASA) is about to increase flight frequency from 7 to 9 from Oslo to Budapest as of next spring. The launch of the new flight services is evidence of the increasing interest towards our destination Hungary and the new routes will benefit business and leisure travelers from both Hungary and the Nordic countries. We expect that this will boost both our Leisure and MICE business from Denmark and Norway; especially after Hungary’s national airline MALEV ceased operation early 2012.
