You will have the opportunity to taste tapas from Pais Vasco on the north of Spain to Andalusia region located to the south. Enjoy your favorite tapas and try new creations! Also you could try special menus elaborated by renowned chefs and restaurants.

  • Patatas bravas: fried potatoes with a spicy tomato-based sauce.
  • Classic Iberian ham.

  • Spanish omelette: made with eggs and potatoes.
  • Pulpo a la gallega: boiled octopus seasoned in olive oil, salt and paprika.

More than 20 European restaurants got the “Oscar of gastronomy”

The expected list of so-called “Oscars of gastronomy” has been published this Wednesday in Royal Exhibition Building of Melbourne, Australia, where more than twenty of the 50th world´s best restaurants are European!

The first four places are occupied by Spain, France, Italy and United States. On the top, Eleven Madison Park, New York (United States). The perfect combination of hospitality and exquisite food in an iconic setting in New York City.

Following the Italian restaurant Osteria Francescana, located in a quiet street of Modena, reflects the reinvention of Italian cuisine by the chef Massimo Bottura.

The third place is for the Spanish restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, in which the Roca brothers combine technique with taste, experience with tranquility.

The Mirazur restaurant in the city of Menton (France) ranks fourth in the list. Mirazur is an ideal place to enjoy the food of the expert chef Mauro Colagreco, who draws on his Argentine-Italian heritage as well as the local French region.
